Rest in Peace Teresa "Teri" Hunter (Layton). Born November 26, 1960, Died November 9, 2008. After graduating from Lely High School in 1978 she worked in her mother's many restaurants. She went on to own and operate three restaurants. The latest one, Teri's Summer Breeze in Bonita Springs will still be owned and operated by her youngest daughter, Jessica Layton. Teri was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. Her greatest passion was her family. She had the most generous heart, always making sure that everyone dear to her knew how much they were loved. She loved "just being Gramma." Any time spent with her "grandbabies" was precious to her, whether the time was spent potting flowers, scrapbooking or just stopping by at the end of the day to tuck them in and read a nighttime story. Teri was a kind and giving spirit with a tender heart. Her strength, courage and gentleness touched everyone who knew her. She gave generously of her time and resources to help others. She will be greatly missed and always loved.
